Lemon Ricotta Blackberry Muffins
Just because its Tuesday... and just because today was a long, unremarkable day... I decided to bake.
I'm so glad I did! The moisture from the ricotta, zing from the lemon, and sweetness of the sugar and blackberries come together in perfect harmony in this recipe. They were wonderful! You can find the recipe here by Two Peas and Their Pod
Feeling spontaneous, I surprised Lash with this little sercy and a glass of milk at the MUSC library tonight. We sat in the car, chatting about our days and indulging... It was a great way to end the day. A fun memory that already makes me smile.
