Tasty Tuesday

I made a caprese salad last night that was SO delicious and refreshing.

The combination of the fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil from my plant (thanks Mom!!) is one of my favorites.  I drizzled with a homemade balsamic glaze, s&p, and a little EVOO.  Bring on the fresh taste of summertime!!
